Our working students learn all aspects of horsekeeping from a natural perspective while participating in the day-to-day operations of a working horse ranch. Students interact with more than a dozen horses (and two miniature donkeys), gaining experience with different equine personalities while building confidence, communication, and leadership skills.

The EPI Working Student Program gives preference to Parelli students of any level — including Level 1! You don’t need a lot of previous experience, but you must be dedicated to learning natural horsemanship.
