Lessons at EPI include playing with horses on the ground — both on-line at at liberty — and learning to ride in harmony with the horse.
Monthly Membership Lesson Program
Our program is based on a monthly membership, similar to a yoga studio. Dues are paid on the first of the month for the upcoming month. The amount varies based on whether there are 4 or 5 weekly lessons for that month. Dues reserve your slot in the program. This structure enables us to balance the workload for our lesson horses and ensure they get enough time for rest and recovery.
It is also the most effective way for us to support you on your horsemanship journey. We develop an individualized program to help you achieve your goals. We ensure that each session builds on the previous session. Our students report that having a pre-paid weekly commitment helps them prioritize their horse time and continue to progress even when life tries to get in the way.

Monthly Membership Dues
Our program dues are as follows:

Group lesson (3 or more people) $300-$375 per month, per person

Semi-private lesson (2 people) $400-$500 per month, per person

Private lesson (1 person) $500-$625 per month
You can download the Release of Liability to sign ahead of time or fill one out when you arrive for your first lesson.
We cannot do makeup lessons for no-shows. Your dues reserve your scheduled day and time so that we can balance the horses’ workloads and progress with your individualized program. Makeup lessons are at the discretion of your instructor and if scheduled will be used within the calendar month.
We carry helmets, boots, breeches, apparel, and accessories at The Tack Trunk, located on the ranch. We also offer a wide range of new and used tack, horsekeeping supplies, and dog harnesses and leashes. You can also design your own rope halters, lead ropes, and reins by visiting our Etsy shop, EquinePartnersInc. Whether at The Tack Truck or Etsy, we can help you determine the right size and fit for your equine partner.
