Cooper is a kind gentleman. He is an excellent fit for a kids’ lesson program. He is currently in our Natural Horsemanship lesson program and is a ranch favorite. He is safe, reliable, and consistent.
He is light to the rein and leg aids in the bridle or halter, bareback pad or saddled. He can pack a beginner around and has given many people their first horse experience. He can also rise up to the advanced kids who are working on their seat aids, leg yields etc. He will follow the rail on a loose rein. He has a very slow jog or if asked can move out into a forward trot. He has a beautiful canter transition and a nice slow rocking horse canter.
Cooper will meet you at the gate to be haltered. He loves attention. He has done kids’ camps, daily arena lessons, short rides around our ranch, grooming, bathing, clipping, ground games, obstacles, and he is leased by our students.
There are so many positives about Cooper. We are only selling him because we have many large adult riders and we feel that Cooper is more comfortable with a lighter rider. He is maintained on Adequan and Equioxx. He will remain in our lesson program until we find him the perfect home.
